delicious food friendly staff
The hotel restaurants offered delicious varied food. mahogany bar stood out. Its relaxed atmosphere and tasty cocktails were superb. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. a free shuttle to paradis made accessing additional amenities easy.
during checkout, i did not receive help with luggage. there was no pick-up from the room to the reception area. the minibar was closed on checkout day. i found this inconvenient.

The hotel offered complimentary activities like snorkeling and kayaking. a spa was available. It provided various treatments. e-bikes were available for exploring areas outside the resort. the gym had modern equipment.

the hotel is set at the foot of a mountain. it is near to sister resort paradis. a shuttle service runs between the two resorts. there is a small grocery store located nearby!

the junior suite was spacious, clean, and well-kept. it provided views of the beach. the suite included two sinks. air conditioning maintained a comfortable room temperature.

The main restaurant offered variety with themed dinners. la plage restaurant provided beachside dining. umami offered japanese cuisine. Robin, the sommelier, suggested wine pairings. breakfast included many choices. There were omelets, salads, cheeses, and pastries.

beach view ramp access customer service super clean beach
the hotel has great view. i liked the super clean beach. the hotel buffet now has ramp access, that is good. staff goes beyond customer service here.
the bar has strange dress code policy. i was told trousers are required in evening. this doesn't make sense in a tropical country.

the staff members are helpful. staff took care of my request for a ground floor room. they knew my son uses a wheelchair. a ramp is available.

the location puts the hotel between a mountain and beach. this arrangement offers great views. the bus service makes getting around easy. the view is something.
